Raymond C. Crittenden, III
Mr. Crittenden has nearly 30 years of experience leading the implementation of quality management and reengineering efforts. He has extensive experience identifying the measures and metrics for reporting efficient operations through the balance scorecard, and has expertise with business process reengineering and process improvement.
Mr. Crittenden has performed strategic level business planning and process analysis for both federal government and commercial entities, including the Department of Defense, the Department of Transportation, Food and Drug Administration, Department of Energy, the former Immigration and Naturalization Service (now Immigration and Custom Enforcement – ICE), U.S. Army, US Postal Service, Fannie Mae, and the Xerox Corporation.
Originally a native of Newport News, Virginia, Mr. Crittenden has called Northern Virginia home for forty years. He has been married to his wife Debbie for over forty years and they have three grown children and four grandchildren ranging in age from 11 to 2 years.
Mr. Crittenden earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Ohio University, in Athens, Ohio and holds Masters in Political Science from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.
