Mid-Level Analyst located in Arlington, VA.

This position is for a mid-level analyst capable of receiving and quickly interpreting broadly defined instructions and working with minimum supervision to produce specific, tangible products.

The position requires experience in working with and occasionally facilitating small, focused teams in defining business functions, processes and performance standards/requirements. Candidate must have analytical skills sufficient to assist client in identifying key business performance measures identified in focus sessions, locate the respective data sources and determine the most effective method(s) of capturing and reporting them. Candidate must have some knowledge of enterprise-wide process improvement methodology(ies) and be flexible enough to assist in the capture and analysis of ongoing enterprise-level process improvements.

The position requires working with multiple data collection platforms, desktop spreadsheets, report generators, i.e. Crystal Report, Crystal Xcelsius, etc. and manual records. 

Five (5) years of progressive analysis and management experience.

Two to four (2-4) years supporting performance-based measurement and /or management task, i.e. Balanced Scorecard, Activity-Based Management initiatives.

Must have mastery of standard performance-based measurement terms and concepts.

Must have good written skills to develop documentation required for measurement development and process improvement.

Must be fluent in the English language and have demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, in a timely manner and accurately with all levels of personnel.

Some statistical background and familiarity of asset management tools, i.e. MAXIMO would be helpful.

Must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a clearance.

Must be a US Citizen.
